Why we started
UpHill Taps was born from a simple belief: bar service should be the most beautiful part of your event,not an afterthought.
Before founding UpHill Taps in 2022, Veronica and Augusto Fossi spent years in the hospitality industry working directly with clients, managing every detail of the guest experience from the ground up. They saw what happened when bar service was treated as a logistics checkbox and they knew exactly what was possible when it wasn’t.
So they built something different: a bar experience designed around craft, aesthetic, and the moment.
Our Approach
Every celebration is different, which is why at Uphill taps we design our bar experience around Your vision, venue, and flow of the event itself. Whether through our Tap Bar, Satellite Bars, or on-site bar service, we ensure the bar integrates beautifully into the space and supports the guest experience.
Meet the founders
A husband and wife team rooted in hospitality, Veronica and Augusto Fossi founded UpHill Taps in 2022 and are personally involved in crafting the experience for every event they take on.
Veronica
Veronica oversees creative direction and client experience from the first inquiry call through the final aesthetic details on the day. She ensures the bar integrates with the event design, the florals, the lighting, and the feeling the couple or planner has worked so hard to create.
Augusto
Augusto leads the beverage program, logistics, staffing, and on-site execution. A hospitality industry veteran, he manages every operational detail, from custom cocktail lineup to bar setup, service flow, and breakdown so the day runs exactly as planned.
