Why we started
UpHill Taps was founded to support clients with a simple belief: the bar should be as intentional, beautiful, and memorable as the rest of the celebration. For too long, event bars were treated as an afterthought functional, but rarely considered part of the design or guest experience.
As planners, hosts, and guests ourselves, we knew there was an opportunity to bring hospitality, aesthetics, and thoughtful service together in a way that elevates the entire event.
So we built UpHill Taps to do exactly that.
Our Approach
Every celebration is different, which is why at Uphill taps we design our bar experience around the vision, venue, and flow of the event itself. Whether through our Tap Bar, Satellite Bars, or on-site bar service, we ensure the bar integrates beautifully into the space and supports the guest experience.
Meet the founders
Veronica
UpHill Taps is led by Veronica and Augusto, a husband-and-wife team passionate about design, hospitality, and crafting elevated bar experiences for modern celebrations.
Veronica oversees creative direction and client experience, ensuring the bar integrates beautifully with the event aesthetic, venue, and guest flow.
Augusto
Augusto serves as Director of Hospitality & Operations, leading the beverage program, logistics, staffing, and on-site execution.
Together, they design and execute bar experiences that enhance the celebration and elevate the guest journey.
